Ranger Communications, Inc. (RCI) offers technical support for all products sold by RCI. This includes the Ranger, Texas Ranger, and Voyager series of equipment.
Complete and extensive warranty, service and repair is available at our National City facility to solve your problems. We will be glad to repair your radio and re-establish it to its peak working order. However - we will not assist you in the modification of any Ranger radio to perform in any manner that the radio or product was not certified for. This includes, but is not limited to, modifying the frequency coverage or power output of any Ranger radio.
To receive an RMA# to facilitate the return of your radio, you may call between the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM. NOTE: This is not a telephone assistance repair number. For technical assistance, please email us at: techsupport@rangerusa.com .

The RCI web site is continually undergoing changes and additions. One of the top priorities is to include extensive information available from this site. This includes alignment procedures, manuals, schematics and diagrams for the radios, that you will be able to down load directly from this web site.
We have included a "FAQ" section that will answer the most common questions frequently encountered at Ranger, and can be viewed at FAQ .
At Web Site Support you will find step-by-step Alignment Procedures for the Ranger radios. In addition, you will also have the ability to down load many of the Complete Manuals & Schematics in either "Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)©" format or Microsoft Word© format. If the manual that you desire is not available, please have patience and bear with us while we undergo these massive changes and update these additions to the web site. In the meantime, you may order the manual you need from the above list of Service Manuals.
For those needing the wiring diagram for the varioius models of radios that Ranger has available, we have provided the pin out diagrams for the 4-Pin, 5-Pin & 6-Pin microphones. These can be viewed at Mic Wiring.
